Olamma is at her best when she is in the field where she can work long hours with a result of perfection in mind if there is such a thing. She is a problem-solving professional who thinks on the go as she is very competitive and result-driven. Olamma has a bachelor’s Degree in History and International Relations, a Diploma in law, and an International Certificate Programme in Human Resource Management from ABSM University India. She is also an Associate member of The Chartered Institute Of Personnel Management Of Nigeria (CIPM).
Olamma has always had an interest in the hospitality sector where she has worked as a General manager, HR manager, Operations Manager, Floor Manager, etc., and has taken care of high-profile guests and celebrities.
